If your item includes hand-sculpted features that protrude (such as flowers or chains) , please note that these areas are fragile. Please use caution and handle gently. 

Due to the unique, fragile nature of ceramics, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each one-of-a-kind item is crafted and packaged with care.
